Apple has just released iOS 6.1.2 10B146 to fix a bug that increased network activity and reduced battery life. You can get it either by OTA update or can download iOS 6.1.2 10B146 IPSW on your PC and restore it to your device using iTunes 11. According to Apple, 6.1.2 iOS update fixes a bug in Exchange calendar:

How to Update to iOS 6.1.2
You can update in 2 ways:
- Get the OTA delta update
- Download IPSW and restore using iTunes
To get the OTA update, navigate to Settings > Software Update. It will check if a software update is available. You can install any available update from there.
